Return would be accepted, if you have entered the item in imperfect or damaged condition. Shoot us the snap of the imperfect/ damaged product by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org. After entering the photos, our platoon would work out and let you know the decision. The return product should be transferred to us in the same original condition and quilting, when you entered it. On a customized product, refund or return of the product would not be done.
